SIP’s Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District, Office of the Leading Group for Talent Development of the CPC SIP Working Committee, Science and Technology Innovation Committee and Enterprise Development Service Center jointly organized an event on Oct 17 to explain talent policies to tens of enterprises.

At the event, the representative from SIP Enterprise Development Service Center gave the participants a detailed account of SIP’s talent introduction and recommendation policies.

The representative from Jiangsu RongZheng Science & Technology Service Co Ltd gave the participants a specific introduction to the process of applying for the title of “Leading Talent” in SIP and follow-up performance evaluation and supervision.

An executive of SIP Human Resources Development Co Ltd (also known as O-HR) demonstrated the use of its online job information platform “iDream”.
