SIP People’s Congress Working Committee organized a survey tour on Oct 20 when a number of local people’s congress deputies and CPPCC committee members carried out a survey on the development and services of public medical institutions in SIP. The aim was to propel improvement of medical and health services across the industrial park.

The survey tour started at the Jinji Lake Community Health Service Center, which provides services to more than 300,000 outpatients each year. During the tour, the survey team learned details about SIP’s public medical and health service system composed of general hospitals and community-based health service centers.

At the later meeting, the survey team listened to SIP Health Commission’s report on the development of public medical institutions in SIP and offered suggestions on improvement of public medical and health services.
